Refund Policy
Elara Jewellery Refund Policy
At Elara Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item
Your order number
A description of the issue
Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Please note:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photographic proof of damage or fault.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
